Just In Time PR is a ‘no coverage, no fee’ PR service that puts companies and organisations into the media when stories break that are relevant to their expertise.
It’s what we call ‘reactive’ PR.
How does it work? Let’s say a story about UK unemployment levels breaks, then we might get in touch with a recruitment firm for a comment. And if a story about the property market breaks, we might get in touch with an estate agent for their views.
We then work our magic, giving journalists across the (inter)national, trade, and local media insightful comments from our experts in the form of media statements. Because we deliver great content in a format the journalist wants it, when they want it, there’s a good chance they’ll use it.
Itching to take part? Then follow these 4 simple steps:
- 1. Sign-up Submit some simple information and contact details via our sign-up form and we’ll add you to our database. Your mobile number is important because news stories can break any time
- 2. Prepare Media Statement When a story breaks that’s relevant to your expertise, you’ll be alerted to it and asked if you’d like to comment. If you do, great! We’ll then turn your thoughts into a draft ‘media statement’. Note that, often, we know about news stories in advance and can alert you about them with plenty of time for you to prepare your thoughts accordingly
- 3. Issue Media Statement Once you’ve approved the media statement, by email or phone, we’ll issue it to all journalists who are writing the story up, generally via email. If you’d like we can also put forward spokespeople for radio slots and TV opportunities
- 4. No Coverage, No Fee If, and ONLY if, the media statement we issue secures relevant publicity will you pay us a fee. The fee will depend on the type of media coverage achieved although, for your peace of mind, it will be ‘capped’ at £500+VAT
For more information on our fees, check out ‘No Coverage, No Fee’.
If you’d like to be alerted to relevant media opportunities as they arise, just complete the form and we’ll be in touch. And remember: there’s no obligation to use us once you’ve signed up. We think you’ll love the experience: our clients do.
